Foca
Nature’s subtle touch....
Like a temple crafted by nature, its blue
waters and rock formations are unique in Búzios.
Because of its relative inaccessibility, Foca
offers complete privacy for a privileged few.

History
Named after the seals which are sometimes
brought to this beach by the surging waters
of the Atlantic Ocean.
How to Get There
Situated between Praia do Forno and Lagoinha.
From the road, access is by a footpath which
is signposted.
General Information
A good place for a quiet read. Because of
its isolation, it is safest to go in a group,
and to avoid evening and night visits.
